Small and Medium Sized Enterprises - Applied Research Technology (SME-ART)

The SME-ART project focus on Capacity Building and the development of Applied R&D Capabilities, focused at strengthening the SME sector

The philosophy behind this project is a holistic approach to addressing the needs of the SME sector in Macedonia, where the universities in collaboration with government and SMEs together strive to better support the SME sector. Characteristics of this project are: capacity building at universities and among SMEs, sustainable economic development, promote poverty alleviation, promote innovation and entrepreneurship, holistic approach to SME support, prevent brain drain, regional integration and international cooperation, and vevelopment of applied R&D capability.

 

Project Staff
Project Manager is Aleksandar Milovic, and other project members are Bisera Cvetkovska, Gabriela Kostovska, Nevenka Pendevska, Ottar Bakås, Rune Skjevdal and Geir Lundgård-Soug.
